OK - that is quite frustrating.
GIven that BTO just seem to be dragging their heels here for no reason (It should not have taken more than two weeks to complete from the original attempt - they are just not bothering) what can we do to ensure they don't just ignore it for another 4 weeks?
I think an email to connecting cheshire might be in order - after all, they've taken public money to do this work.

I do think Plusnet do offer fastest FTTC installment activation but a big charge to BTw. (this one normally take 1-2 days to get FTTC activatiion rather than 7-14 days)
