Trying to leave?

I'm trying to find out how to leave PN. I first contacted/ raised ticket on Monday took till wednesday for a reply to say "we tryied to phone you.........." Yesterday left my mobile No.... and still nothing.....
So average time to resolve a ticket is 7ish hours??? How can this be done if they aint looked at till 48ish hours later????
Ticket Number is ID: 22475737 Please could this be looked at or the advice/procedures given?

Hi there,
I've given someone a poke RE your ticket.
However, is there anything we could do for you to make you change your mind?  Any particular reason you're looking to leave?

not particuarly just that for roughly the same price i can have TV as well. I'm moving house too so it's a good time to do it.
