Good Morning twentythree,
That is good to hear. I've just double checked with Matt and he tells me he has sent you a PM to confirm what's happened but it does look like the change has gone through as expected. The SNR margin is still quite high but this should default to a lower one as the line retrains over the next 10 days. In the meantime the profile should catch up with the improved sync speed.
I've set myself a reminder to have a look at this again for you next week to see how things are going Smiley

Thanks adamwalker. I'll just let it sort itself out over the next 10 days then.
I realise my frustration over the last two and a half months has made me come across as quite petulant occasionally but I really do appreciate the help you, Matt Taylor, Chris, Riyaz and Mand have given. Thank you all - we got there in the end!
