Transfering to CGI server... It won't show PHP... HELP!

Hi,
My Client has purcahsed webspace for standard HTML, and I am trying to transfer the files to the CGI server which will show PHP. I was told to go to cshell.force9.net and login using my current password and username.
This doesn't work.
The website its for is active-images.co.uk. The hosting shows the flash but requests a download of the PHP files rather than executing them. How do i log-on to the CGI server?

Have you correctly set up the DNS records for the domain? ccgi.active-images.co.uk/ is giving an error when I try a DNS lookup.
Edit: Backtrack another step - have you actually activated CGI on the account?
Edit 2: Have you looked at PAYH as the CCGI servers are going to be turned off in about 6 months time. See http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,69283.0.html
