Transfer speed (download) change

With a 1MBs IP profile I have always had a D/L speed of 120Kbs. This is what my download programme reads the speed at, and it's accuracy is irrelevant as I only use it as a guide. When my IP profile is 0.75 my speed is 90KBs. I am now currently seeing 90KBs but with a 1MBs IP profile. This has never ever happened before. Can anyone explain the change? I also notice that having always had a 35 ping ms I now have a 20ms and the DL Mb/s of 0. 630 versus normal (at 1mb IP profile) of +0. 800.

Are the BT IP Profile (from http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ "Further Diagnostics") and the Plusnet Current Line Speed both at 1Mbit/s? Sounds like Plusnet's is still at 0.75.

Thanks for the heads-up ! Just checked the Plusnet and it is at 0.75. BT (Further Diagnostics) is at 1mb as I checked today.

How do I get PNet to raise my IP to match the BT one?
