Re: Traffic Management FTTC

Jojo,
Have you made any changes to the period during which browsing is restricted on Fibre? Even temporarily after the network outage last week?
I'm seeing speeds reduced for a shorter period than used to be the case - more like 20:00-22:00 than 18:00-23:00.
I'll report more on the "missing Mbps" thread, in case it is related to changes Adam made too...

Re: Traffic Management FTTC

Hi WWWombat,
As far as I know we haven't changed any of the periods for the management, though there might be differences for anyone still connected on the default profile. At last check though that was very few of our customers and that was at the start of the week, so I'm not sure that would be it... it's the only thing I can think of offhand though.

Re: Traffic Management FTTC

Weird... the change started with the outage, when we ended up with no TM whatsoever - and that was without reconnecting at all.
The current behaviour is after reconnecting (twice) for a change Adam made, where the reconnections were during this week. - and certainly since the TM platform was reported as fixed.
I'll post some stuff over on the other thread for Adam...
