I joined Plusnet Broadband on 24 July 2018 and was expecting to receive £50 from TopCashback as I clicked through their site to join Plusnet.
When I checked my TopCashback account I saw that it had been declined by Plusnet.
I lodged a claim with TopCashback and they have a record that I clicked through their site to join Plusnet but I have still been declined because it has not been possible to confirm that I went through TopCashback.
Can you look into this for me and help resolve it? I can see on this forum that other customers have experienced the same issues and you have managed to resolve it for them.
