Yes it is talk talk lol, i just like the look of plus net and i understand it takes time but if a company offers a connecion within 7 days you start to think.. but like i said i will just wait for an update first.

To a member of staff.
When i spoke with customer services they said my phoneline will be live today is this still the case please?

Hi.
I had my phone on yesterday and there seems to be an echo on the line ie: when i talk i can hear myself saying the same thing twice very strange? is this normal for a new line.

Is the echo still there? Is your exchange 21CN by any chance? No it's not normal, if it's still there, raise a fault.

Good afternoon.
First thing i want to say is i am happy with my phone service ;D, at the moment i am getting broadband installed via pn and i was wondering while i am waiting for my broadband to be completed could i use pn dail up service for now? saves me going to the internet cafe.
If this is possible where can i get the info please on dail up, if i cant do it i understand.

You should be able to use our dial up service.

Thanks for that jameseh got it working now.
Can i ask you one thing please, i keep checking the order tracker for my broadband and for the last three days all it is saying "checking line" i am due to be swicted on this wedensday just wondering if this is still the case please.

Many thanks to the staff for all there help and my broadband is working great but.... i checked my usage and it says i have used 128mb out of 500 mb i thought i signed up to unlimited i am  a little lost??.
