Time lock on Internet Excess

For some reason I am unable to connect to the internet before 7am. Have I inadvertently set a timer and how can I rectify this. Any help gratefully received.

I needed to read this twice to realise you said "Have I..." rather than "I have..." !!
Do you have any recollection of making changes to the router configuration? If not, then may be it is not the router and you need to look elsewhere.
What does "no connection" look like?
Exactly what do you do and what does / does not happen?
Is this a wifi or a wired connection to the router?
Is it literally at 06:59:59 you have no connectivity and at 07:00:01 you do?
Is there any parental access control software on your PC / device?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
