Anyone having problems getting responses to tickets?
I raised a fault on 23rd August did all the tests and the last repsonse I got saying it was being looked at was 27th August.
I posted a couple of comments after that, the last one being 2nd September but still no updates?
I've had this on at least one other ticket recently but it only seems to be since I moved to the ADSL2+ trial. Is there a different team looking after these trial accounts now?
It would be great if someone from Plusnet could update me on ticket 29773677 just to let me know you haven't forgotten about me

Ah. It's in the provisioning pool which doesn't get touched (because we're waiting on automated provisioning for ADSL2+).

I knew there had to be a good reason. Plusnet have NEVER let me down in the past. I've always found the support second to none!
