Ticket outstanding 7 hours

Could someone look at my ticket please? My Questions says "average time to answer 4 hrs", but my enquiry has been waiting 7 hours at time of posting this.

The time quoted on the website is an average, there will be some answered quicker, some answered slower. Having said that I'll go see if I can get yours nudged.
