Ticket number 25434034

Can somebody please look into my ticket and progress with more urgency that it currently is getting, the fault has now been open for 15 days.
1 router  and 2 reports to BT without any feedback later and still no sign of getting this resolved.
Tonight has been a major problem with 3 x 10 min dropped connection.
Thanks in advance
Ian

Re: Ticket number 25434034

Hi there.
I'll flag this to our faults team manager for review, however as you are aware from the very regular correspondence between yourself and our faults team this is a bit of a rare one to identify and resolve.
The fault has moved from an intermittent connection issue to an issue with your upstream speeds.
As I say, I will flag it to the faults manager and see what more can be done.

Re: Ticket number 25434034

Can anybody help try and resolve this ongoing issue, the ticket has now been open for nearly 8 weeks and i'm started to get a bit feed up of answering the same questions over and over because nobody can be bothered to read the ticket.
I know it's a very long line, but for over 7 month i had a stable, nearly  1mb connection.  (see link)
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,2878.msg470515.html#msg470515.
I have already replaced all equipment at my end (rj11,router,filters), BT have already replaced copper wire, but now i cannot get anything like what i used to have sync wise.

I really don't want to leave Plusnet (If i do it will be to leave ADSL broadband all together) as i require some form of internet connection for Gaming/Web stuff.
Plus after already spending £80 on equipment and £40 on 2 months next to useless connection costs, the last thing i need as a £60 "deffered Activation cost", even though i paid a £20 activation cost when i first signed up.

Please Please Please can somebody give me a straight answer as to the likley hood of getting this problem resolved.

Regards Hudson

Hiya,
I've just replied to your ticket - BT would like to send out an engineer and would like to know when they can send one to visit?

could plusnet send him a free BT-I socket to see if it makes any difference?
