Hi could someone check ticket #89598449 reference broadband fault as line was very noisy but suddenly stopped not sure if openreach have cleared this id be surprised if they have cleared this so quick since raising fault at 6pm.

I have picked up the ticket in question, but can confirm that our faults team had not yet picked up the fault ticket that was raised last night.
As such, I can only suspect that the issue may have related to a local outage that BT were made aware of at the time, as I can see between 4pm and 10pm last night, your connection was almost non existent , but since then the connection appears to have recovered.
All I can suggest is that you keep an eye on the connection, and if the problem occurs again, don't hesitate to get in touch

Can confirm line has been stable for the last 24hours would it be possible for a copy of line stats GEA test .
