Thomson TG585 v7 - sw release 8.2.23.0

Hello
My regular router died this morning (suspect the power supply) so I've had to press my Plusnet supplied Thomson TG585 v7 router into service. It is all running fine as a temporary solution.
The software/firmware version is 8.2.23.0  Is this an OK (i.e. stable / secure) release? If not, where do I get any updates for manual upgrade. (I don't like auto / remote updating).
