Thomson TG585 power cable

Hiya,
So today my router lost power and I wondered why so I unplugged it at the socket to find that the top prong on the plug had snapped inside the power socket. I'm not really keen on having a broken plug on in the house and don't really want these constant losses of power either.
So im wondering where I can get a suitable power cable to fit the TG585 or even a replacement clip-in for the prongs(its detachable on my current one)? want to make sure its the correct voltage/size etc thats all.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers Smiley

Re: Thomson TG585 power cable

Hi there,
The earth pin snapping off shouldn't affect the power, though I appreciate it's not ideal. You should be able to get a replacement though, but it's an odd one - 22v at 545mA. If you can find one with the same size plug you should be fine, hope that helps?

Hi there,
Yes, looks like the same PSU at both of those links - ebay price looks pretty good. Those are definitely the voltage/current output values it needs.
