I have arranged for the line engineer to visit on Wednesday morning 8am to 1pm.  If you need to re-arrange please reply to your ticket, to the SMS I have sent to your mobile or on here.

Alex,
do you have a BT job reference number for this call? I need to pass it to the BT engineer so he can make sure a hoist team is available for this visit. If a non-hoist team turn up on the day  there is nothing they can do to progres the line fault.
