Third time this year. THere's no Broadband

For the third time this year I've got no broadband as of tonight.
Raised another ticket about it, but as previous experience has taught me, nothing gets done unless I post something here as well.
Just hope things won't take the three weeks to sort out it did in Janurary (although that was largely the fault of "the supplier" or as I like to call them BT, you know PlusNet's parent company.

I can see our faults team have replied since you posted and that the connection seems stable again.

I've been running some line tests which looks like everything should still be fine but do let us know what your speeds are like as I know that was an issue a few days ago.
