They've taken my money for the year and now it's me doing all the chasing for install

This is really poor customer service. The company has taken my subscription for the year and then never got back in touch with me to arrange any installation. When I signed up they said it was going to happen on 20th Nov and that someone would be in touch. After that I got a call saying there was a problem with my address which was resolved over the phone. Router was sent out last Saturday but after that nothing. I have paid for installation and 1 year up front but now I'm having to chase to find out what's going on. On line support no help and now been waiting on the phone for 25 minutes
