Thanks to PlusNet

Hi,
No, I'm not being sarcastic.  I know that things go wrong occasionally, particularly during upgrades.
What I appreciate is that you keep your customers informed with up to date information on your status pages http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&?helpheader=servicestatus.
From my experience with other providers, they often will not admit that there is a problem until their forums are swamped with complaints.  This can waste hours of trying to figure out what's wrong.
Again, please keep us up to date on status,
  Thanks.

Re: Thanks to PlusNet

'plusnet.service.status' newsgroup was more useful this morning, as I couldn't load any web pages at all.

Re: Thanks to PlusNet

Just to add, it's worth keeping an eye on our Twitter feed too - @plusnet if you've an account, http://twitter.com/plusnet if you don't Smiley
We tend to keep that up to date with what's going on and it's handy if for any reason the service status page isn't available.
