My broadband at home is flaky at best, having all sorts of trouble just trying to get through to anyone to log it as I have 2 accounts and no matter what I do I just end up at the business team and not residential, given up trying to ring as I just get transferred then cut off.
How on earth am i meant to be able to just log somewhere that I'm having trouble?
I try to ring, fruitless. No way i'm installing Twatter just for plus net!
problems progressivly worse since a BT van was next door last week!
