Telia.net on PN's books now?

Currently having issues with them and Savvis.net, seeing fair amount of packetloss from there last hop before it hits Savvis.net which also are having issues and isn't helping.  Also getting routed via Poland with them on occasions to USA which also isn't helping.
So seeing all traces I do are going via them to various USA sites, so if you PN are now using/paying them then give them a kick please.

I've just tested the same trace from here, while I can replicate some packet loss at the savvis.net routers, I can't replicate the 100% loss (anymore) at hop 15 (13 for me). Can you try again and see if you get the same?

I'm still getting drops from 213.248.74.214  | cw-ic-122209-ldn-b1.telia.net onwards and the odd redirect via Poland.  As for hop 15 it never responds since they had DDos issues a few years back.

TBH, it looks to me like it's savvis that are having the problems. The packet loss at the Telia router might just be because it's a bit busy and so the CPU isn't responding to some ICMP requests.
I've just tried from my home connection and I'm not seeing any loss strangely enough (apart from the router that isn't responding to pings). An MTR from a Virgin connection shows packet loss across the Savvis network too:

Are you actually noticing any performance issues with whatever it is you use this host for?

It's one of the servers for Anarchy Online, a MMO  which is split over a few different IP's depending on the zone/area you are in.  But yes I am seeing action delay and loosing connection in game down to the loss which started last thursday.
As for you not seeing any loss on Telia, Virgin media use level3 for transit to USA not Telia going by your trace.  So if PN are paying Telia for traffic to USA and it is giving me loss and I can do something about that one hop I will and am.  So at random times that telia router when connecting to Savvis is giving loss which isn't helping the loss from Savvis.
I've always said gamers are the Limus test of networks, we notice issues as it effects us directly.
