Technicolor tg582n new user problems

Got my new Fiber activated on Thursday and since then 3 times iv got to the router to find no lights on it at all,no power no nothing.i do all the usual stuff like on off, unplug, plug in and reset and eventually the power light turns on and the rest of the lights follow only for it to turn all off again but eventually they will stay on and I get Internet again,as I say this as happened 3 times now in 4 days
I tried to call the call centre but they tell me it's a 20 min wait but they disconnect me at 15min20sec(5 times and excatly same time cut off each call)
Is this a common problem with this router cos it's starting to get tedious

It's a duff router. File a fault through PN & phone them first thing in the morning. The router isn't the most reliable in the world, that's why they give it away. I gave up & bought an Asus.
