That offering is fairly worthless, it's not as if you could build yourself a custom firmware with it, and there isn't even a copy of the GPL distributed with the router. And the later firmware versions don't make it available for download, it just says "Available on demand".
Anyway, the vast majority of the technicolor firmware is not open source, and it's mostly lumped together into one huge program and one huge kernel module in the filesystem within the firmware:
