Technicolor TG582n and Swann H.264 DVR Help please

Hi,
Has anybody had any experience of setting up the Technicolor TG582n and Swann H.264 DVR?
I am running Windows 7 and the MAC address of the DVR shows in the router network but nothing seems to be happening and it does not show up in the PC network.
The DVR network info is
Technicolor TG582n
IP Address 192.168.x.x
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.1.x
Auto DNS
Prefered DNS Server 192.168.1.x
Alt DNS Server
MAC Address 00:0A:xx:63:xx:B0
Am on Plusnet Fibre
Just a bit puzzled.

No problem here with the same set-up just plugged the DVR into the router and away it went, assume you have run the MyDVR.exe file from the CD, page l6 of the Swann instruction manual.
