Hi - I've attached a shot of my current BB speed, wanted to know if anything can be done to get it back to 4mb+ which i had on 17th October 2010 at around 15:51.
For you info:

The Router is in the Master socket
I've replaced a few filters (unless they are all faulty
Also replaced to Thompson router
Nothing else is connected to the router
I run the speedtest wired and wireless, still slow

Other info may be of use:

Routerstat shows
RX-Noise at static 4.5 dB today
TX-Noise around 21-23 dB today
But I don't hold much of what RS says atm, because it's showing my Sync Speed @ 8.4MB

Hi PamWest,
Your line has been quite unstable but solid since yesterday lunchtime. It can be up to 72 hours to lift the profile bit if you remain at the current sync rate your profile should be 7150k

Just an update on this issue- we had tremendous lag issues late in the evening today, to the point where we couldn't even login to any of the WoW servers, so contacted support and have now plugged the filter direct into the Test socket for a week, after plugging it into the test socket around 22:10 the SNR jumped from about 2 to 7dB, can anyone think of any reason for why the SNR should drop after around 15:00, also noticed that after plugging it into the Test socket the SNR is now around 7dB, and all seems to be playing well again (well, I say ok, but WoW still reports lag of around 200-300 latency).
