TP-Link Archer D7 connection error

Hi there
this is my first time on here as i have just got a new router " TP-LINK Archer D7 AC1750 " to replace my Technicolour TG582n , the problem is when i connect it up to my pc and then go through the auto setup options it dectects all the settings but then fails on WAN settings saying the user name or passwords are wrong ? i have checked and re-checked but it just keeps saying the wan settings are wrong!
so does anyone out there have a solution to my problem

just a quick update i have now managed to resolve my own problem as the wan error was caused by me not entering my full user name ending with @plusdsl.net  Embarrassed
but i hope this helps anyone with the same problem .
