TP Link AC 1200 modem DSL light continuously flashing: Internet light is off - No web connection

Hello All,

 

Flashing DSL Light = DSL synchronization is in progress.

I have taken all the modem cables out and replaced them, Also replaced the phone/ASDL splitter. No change.

Wondering if the 3 year old modem has developed a fault or if PlusNet need to test the DSL line,

 

Grateful for any advice
