Hi Chris, No, the router is already sat in a corner on its own with no other devices. My house is really small and I get really good signal strength across the whole house if I look at the network using inSSIDer.

Sure. happy to try anything. I was hoping there was some config on it that I'd missed, but doesn't look like that's the case. Thanks for your help.

I'm interested to see how the replacement differs.
Can you keep hold of your current router so you have them both - if the replacement resolves the issue, we may want to get the current router sent to our Head Office for testing.

I suggest using wireshark on Linux, or Microsoft Network Monitor on Windows, to capture traffic at the wireless layer.
