T/Storms reduced my speed, help PN.
Hi,
There were Thunderstorms in my area yesterady afternoon, it blipped my line down to 160kb/s!
PN, now have me on a 250kb/s profiles, I am connected at 2Mb now ... could a kindly PN member of staff please adjust my profile? I am working from home today and VPN at these speeds is not fun.
