Sync Speed dropped

Hi, my line sync speed has been 78mb since install but I've noticed it's now dropped to 64, please could you investigate? Many Thanks

This is confusing me too:
The current Downstream BRAS rate is: 64.01 Mbps
The current Upstream BRAS rate is: 20 Mbps
I should be on the 80/40 profile?

You are currently on the 80/20 profile, there is no 80/40. Your sync speed has lowered to 66.1Mb/s from 74.5Mb/s.
I know you have reported issues with your connection dropping due to your Xbox/TV. We need to look at stopping the drops first as this is not helping your connection.
