Notification of unlimited arrived an hour or so ago.
Since then web browsing has been very slow: dial-up was faster!
Speed test gives 5622/61 (max poss is 8 d/l in Market 1 area) but this in no way reflects what I am seeing - so, PlusNet, what have you done?
Is the IP profile wrong again?
Whatever, I am NOT happy.
(Edit: there is some intermittency about this. Reloading this page was instant but clicking Modify for this edit took ages and Chrome gave a long delay/reload message.)

Try reporting the issue.
I had a problem with streaming after upgrading to unlimited and support amended my profile. A brief test the other night showed things much improved, though I still have to do a full test this w/end. I've also been told to leave the router turned on for the next 10 days while the line is 'educated'.

This morning speed is better and I noticed a reset in the early hours according to router diagnostics.
So far, so good but I'll be keeping an eye on this.
BTW, last time I reported an problem here (incorrect IP profile) it was fixed within a couple of hours - great service.
So, PlusNet lurkerstaff, is there an upload cap and can it be removed? 61kbps is a "bit" slow.

Could you post the full results of the BT diagnostic test please.

Glad to see your speeds have picked up, I can't see anything that caused this though.
Regarding your upload, you can uncap this. You are on a 20CN exchange though which would mean uncapping your upload is chargeable, you can find out more here under Max Premium.
