Switch to extra

I figure I may as well give Extra a try but want to be able to keep the option to switch back to my current account if I find Extra doesn't suit my needs (streaming lots of vids at 8pm for instance).  How would I go about switching whilst keeping the option to switch back Jojo?
Also, while I'm here, can you switch my phone package to Talk Anytime, my broadband and phone are separate accounts so I can't do it through the portal. (Do I get the 3 months free still if I switch?)

Hi David W,
I have sent you a ticket regarding the change to extra which confirms you can change back to your current package. As for your phone product I don't know which account that is as this username only takes me to your broadband account.
