Suggest change the default message that sometimes appears in tickets

Just looked at my latest ticket and the agent concluded with

Can I suggest that the 0114 number be added as well

There isn't a VoIP number to call us on.
Jim - I'm getting a NADS raised.
The comically named NADS stands for Nickel and Dime solution refers to a piece of work that takes less that 3 days to do, but isn't classified as a problem and it's too small to be deemed a project.

on a similar tack, I had a call from Daren, I know the number he called on as I have caller display, but on the answer phone he only gave the 0845 no, tried the display number and it took me to faults, which for me as a free-online number is different, couldnt transfer me, so had to get another call back.
