Well nothing happened after 2 hours, 5 hours later and still crawling along at 0.33 mbps

Can you try a single power down of your router and then turn it back on.

Ok i have no idea what you have done but the speed test i was using is now showing 6.62mbps which is apparently more than the line supports and the one you linked to says 5768kbps
