Please could someone take a look at my open question - 30223948
I feel like I'm not getting anywhere with this or maybe I'm missing something?
My I.P profile has been at 3000kbps for ages - My router often shows modulation status as "not trained" and the last answers I got seem to be saying " You've got a downstream connection, so where's the problem?"
thanks.

No - That's not what they're saying. You asked they it said it wasn't trained (ie: not synchronising) and you were told not to worry about it as you clearly had an internet connection present.
Your profile is correct for the speed at which you are connecting. The problem you have is that there's been a number of connection drops which are causing your downstream speeds to be slower. I'd try using a different filter and making sure that your router is connecting directly to the master socket via that filter and all of your used telephone sockets are filtered.
