Yeah - Your target SNR was changed to 9dB and then something will probably have happened for this to have been changed.
We can't just get BT to indefinitely set a target SNR as this isn't something that they would do. I'm not sure what will have happened, but they'll probably have seen an increased level of noise on your line which led to their removing it.
