Hi i think ive got stuck IP Profile i ran some tests here my results before the slow down i had about 13600 downsteam

Hi madmax456,
Your line has been  banded to 4864Kbps - 9728Kbps this means that 9728 is the maximum you can sync at. There must have been some issues with the line for this to happen. I could request that to be removed but I'd need you in the test socket before I did that.

Hi it ok ive put in ticket going to take 72 hours fix it someing wrong at the exchange thank you for the help
