Stuck Emails in O E 6 in box

I seem to have an E mail stuck in the process of  going to my in box  the top bit is downloaded but not the body and atachment this is being repeated many many times ,same mail, I get the message  Your Pop 3 server has not responded etc. is this mail stuck in my system or is it Plusnet If my fault how can I remedy It  Thank You

Try logging into Webmail and deleting it.

Well Well it was you lot after all.  Never mind
