Streaming problems

Hiya,
We've been experiencing problems streaming, this includes anything from bbc iplayer to youtube or even 4oD.
It's only been yesterday and today in the evenings, but ok in the evenings.
I can understand it might get throttled a bit when the network is busy, but this is to the point where it takes 10 minutes to stream 10 seconds of a youtube video.
I'm just wondering if there is a cause for this problem and if it's only us that's experienced it.

Hey there;
I'm at home at the moment and have the same thing, thought weirdly iPlayer seems to work for me. Seems a few people are having a similar issue looking at forums;
There was this earlier:

as it seems to be just streaming; I'm sure it'll be being looked into asap
