Re: Streaming agony

Yes it looks like it's now working and your link is not happy...
I don't recall seeing any answers to the questions I asked in Reply 2 http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,111871.msg958987.html#msg958987
A supplementary question, if ADSL, what are the errors stats from your router?
For comparison, there are other graphs here for comparison; http://community.plus.net/ping-graphs/

Re: Streaming agony

Looking at your graph, it was really quiet over night, and then jumped up at 8 pretty solidly till 10.  Were you using the internet at this time?  What were you doing?
You then have a drop in baseline latency at about 1:15?  Did you reconnect or something?

Re: Streaming agony

I think next step is to get a fault raised.  I've asked one of the Digi Care guys to have a look at it.

Re: Streaming agony

We've had a look at your line and it looks normal.  Have you changed anything on your computer at all?  New antivirus/firewall or anything that could be stressing it?
Does this happen all the time?  Or just at peak?

Re: Streaming agony

Ok.  I think I need to get Dave looking at your traffic flows tomorrow while you are streaming to see if we can see what's happening.  Can you try and get onto either PCL-AG07 or PCL-AG08 by reconnecting and disconnecting your router?
Thanks.
