Just checked and I'm now getting around 0.9mbps up so it looks good - thank you!
I've closed that call - now just waiting to see if there's any news about streaming
EDIT: had a call from someone at PN to say they've adjusted my settings, so hopefully it's all sorted. Looking forward to checking tonight.

The changes appear to have radically improved things: not only were we able to stream, we had different stream to two devices!
OK, there were one or two interuptions and at one point, we needed to restart the router but overall way better
