Strange Broadband Issue

Hello everyone,

My broadband switched over to Plusnet today, but have been experiencing some very strange issues.

The only websites that work on my laptop are Google Search and YouTube.

On my phones, when I try and login it just brings me to this screen, and I cant do anything else (please see attacheed).

No idea what's happening. The light on my router is blue, and I've tried disabling the firewall but nothing changes.

@dudedudelol Welcome to the forum. From looking at the screenshot you posted, it appears that your connection has not been completed by the system.

If you still have this problem this morning, try setting up manually (instructions are in the manual supplied with the router).

As a side note, it can be after midnight on the day of connection (i.e. the following day) before everything is properly configured.
