Starter Pack??
Hi all
At the risk of sounding daft, which Im not, I was browsing through my Account Details-Connection info and clicked on STARTER PACK just to see what it had in there, and the panel that opened made it look as if I had just ordered a starter pack, Im fairly sure this hasn't happened but could someone check to make sure there isn't one winging it's way towards me!!

Don't worry about it. It's just taking you to your original hardware tracking order screen. Nothing new has been ordered. I can see how that could be confusing though!

Thanks for the quick response Bob, I wasn't too worried as everything to do with Plusnet has been faultless for me, I have even got my neighbour hooked up to you now!
Plusnet is my first experience of broadband as none of the other suppliers made me feel happy enough to sign up with them, but I recommend you to everyone!
