Started with plusnet 3 days ago, hub line is blue but no internet.

Basically title, was on the phone with u guys for 4 hours yesterday, didnt get anywhere. When i try to connect to internet it asks me to sign in to network, redirecting me to manage page. Email said it would be activated by midnight of 1st July.
