Could someone check if my upload has been uncapped please? I asked 2 weeks ago and finally received an email from Plusnet yesterday saying it was uncapped, but I'm still seeing the same upload speed of about 0.4 Mbps or less.

Apologies looks like that wasn't done correctly.
I've replaced the order and it should complete Monday
- Actually scratch that it looks like its stuck on our suppliers systems
I'm trying a reset to see if that does the trick
-- And it has your upload speeds are now uncapped

That's been done for you, you should be seeing an upload of around 1Mb - please let us know if that's not the case?

As an FYI, we're now placing new orders for 21CN as uncapped, so we should start to see the need for uncap requests dwindle.

I have got a migration due to complete on 4th Feb, only on a 20CN exchange, will I be able to get upload uncapped as currently getting 832kb upload on current ISP (xilo.net)?

Yes, you can have Max Premium on a 20CN exchange which costs an extra £7.83 a month. You can get to the information about it and raise a ticket to order it from here: http://trials.plus.net
