Hey guys,
Have been very happy with my broadband service so far, but recently it seems my connection is half of what it used to be. Tried changing gateways multiple times, but nothing works.
Speed test from back in January: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/2809470443
Three speed tests from today at around 7pm, all from different gateways:

These speeds are always the same - Even during the night.
What's going on? Those speeds seem pretty stuck. Are you guys throttling speed now?
EDIT: OH yeah, I forgot to tell you my sync.
DownStream Connection Speed 14247 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 1203 kbps

and this says https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed for current line speed - it is a long shot but worth checking

Hi Necrotix, I am having exactly the same problem.
Your results are almost identical to mine even down to the router sync speeds but my slow down has happened over the last few days since I moved across from MAAF.
It was fixed for a while when Adam updated my Plusnet profile but it has slipped back to around 5Mb.(It was around 12Mb before)
I hope someone at Plusnet can sort it soon.

Current line speed:
12.5 Mb
That's what I got from that link you provided.
My line speed certainly isn't 12.5Mb - I wish!

Yeah It's really frustrating, especially since we have a lot of users in my household. It just seems to be stuck like a rock at the moment. I used to get 1.7MB/s download speeds, which was absolutely amazing. Now it tops out at around 600 - 700KB/s, which matches the kbit/s reading that I'm getting from Speedtest.net.

It's 2:33am, I've just tested my speed again and here are the results:

Odd. Your BT profiles are both set correctly at 12569 so ours is spot on at 12500. If a router reboot doesn't sort it then run a couple of BT speed tests (http://speedtest.btwholesale.com) and raise it to us as a fault at http://faults.plus.net and our faults team will get it sorted for you.
