Speed

I been with Plusnet for years,  and upgrade my connection from time to time but never seem to get much of a upgrade in speed.
At one point I was get 2400kbps, but now seem to get 1890kbps.  So not sure what is happening their and have not seem to get the 20Mb upgrade that my plan seem to offer

Hi stuartred,
I have checked your connection logs and it seems your connections are dropping out an awful lot. Your ip profile is now set at 1250 because of this. In order to get this sorted out you should visit http://faults.plus.net and raise an intermittent fault.
