Speed slow

I've had a bout of my usual problem of the line been really noisy (it happens when it rains hard).  The line is now not noisy but my speed is stuck at 0.9Mbps (I normally get over 7.0Mbps). Have allowed at least 24 hours since line stopped being noisy.

Router stats are:

Downstream	8988
SNR Margin(Upstream)	4.7
SNR Margin(Downstream)	4.9
Line Attenuation(Upstream)	23.5

The line is 0.9Mbps comes from the Members Centre > Current line speed

Upload speed: 0.94 Mbps

That's been done for you. If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect the speeds should increase.
