Hi,
I have FTTC broadband that syncs at about 80Mb/s, but every so often the actual data rate gets throttled back. Usually it drops to just under 40, but it's currently slogging along at about 18. it's only lasted a couple of weeks this time too, it's usually OK for a few months.
Is there something I can ask them to do so it doesn't keep screwing itself up? Even better can someone at PlusNet pick it up and have a look please.
