Hi folks,
My speeds have more than halved over the past few days.
I can normally get 4.5 - 5.5 Mb/s but it has now dropped to around 1.5.
Line stats are:
SNR Margin 15 21 dB
Line Attenuation 27 15 dB
Data Rate 5760 448 kbps
Anyone help with this?
Thanks,
Martin

Hi Martin,
Looking at the information that we receive from BT, it looks like your connection has suffered a number of disconnections over the last few days, causing your IP Profile to drop.
I'd recommend trying to change your filters, ensure that you are connected via a filter to your master socket and try out an alternate modem or router if at all possible.

Hi Martin,
Have a read here: link:speed
Basically, if you maintain a period of 3 days or more with a higher (non-dropping) synchronisation speed, your profile will automatically increase after about 3 days.
